Professional Background: Aaron Elton, ipCREF founder, worked for INTERVEST in Portland Oregon as a commercial loan analyst and loan officer, then subsequently as Vice President in the commercial real estate division of Zions Bank in Boise, ID. As both a broker and direct lender, he has originated over $500 million in CRE financing, including construction, bridge and perm lending on all commercial property types. Aaron holds a BS from Utah Valley University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. “Community” is the word that drives his professional, charitable and personal endeavors. Aaron resides in Meridian, Idaho with his wife and 5 children.
